Imagine being in a place that feels like you are right on the set of Dirty
Dancing! – In WNC where it was actually filmed!! When you visit Johnny’s
Bungalow at Mill House Lodge that is the feeling you get. Our condo
overlooks a small lake where you can canoe, paddleboard, sit on the
beach, relax on the dock and enjoy the beautiful view. Additional
amenities include a swimming pool, tennis courts, fire pit (bring your own
wood) and charcoal grills if a nice dinner is on the agenda. Johnny's Corner is located
in Jordan Lodge on the bottom floor for easy access.
Mill House Lodge began as a Mill in the 1800’s and has been reimagined
many times. It is a beautiful property close to Hendersonville, many NC
festivals, Charles Sandburg Home and Flat Rock Playhouse (live plays are
performed here). DuPont Forest, Bent Creek and the scenic Blue Ridge
Parkway are nearby if you enjoy hiking, cycling or a relaxing drive
absorbing the majestic beauty our mountains have to offer. Asheville is
only a 35-minute drive where you can spend the day at the Biltmore
Estate or partaking in the 50+ breweries that have made the area the
“Craft Beer Capitol”. Highland Lake Wedding Venue and the cute little
town of Flat Rock are in the immediate area.
This one- bedroom condo has 2 full sized beds and a small kitchenette
with mini fridge and microwave as well as some dishes to make a bite to
eat at any time. Our condo is furnished with heat, air conditioning, free
Wi-Fi and Cable TV.
Please come enjoy the serenity of this quaint property and you will
definitely love the surroundings. It is simply beautiful in all four seasons
famous to this Blue Ridge Mountain area!

We also have a second “sister” condo, Baby’s Corner at Mill House Lodge, if you plan to travel in a larger group or if Johnny's Bungalow is not available.

PLEASE NOTE:
We have stocked your home with a starter supply of toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, garbage bags, dishwashing soap, and laundry soap to get you started. If you happen to run out or need additional supplies during your stay, you can replenish at a nearby store.
Towels and linens are provided.
Please bring your own shower and bath toiletries.
Friendly reminder~ No pets allowed and no smoking or vaping on the premises. There will be a $500.00 fine for any unauthorized pets or smoking on premises.
