Who doesn't want a bright, wonderful place to stay when they are visiting the mountains? This retreat is an inviting home with lots of natural light for you to enjoy with a laid back atmosphere and a bit of our Asheville vibe. This home includes inviting amenities such as a community pavilion, grills, fire pit and gaming green space within easy walking distance.

 

This home sleeps 6 people comfortably and is in the perfect location for a short trip to the popular destinations of Downtown Asheville, (10 minute drive), Blue Ridge Parkway, (5 away) and Biltmore House (15 minutes away).

 

Want to bring your pet? Pets are considered with a non-refundable pet fee. Max 2 pets, They must be approved prior to booking and must follow our pet policy.

 

But even better is there is a coffee shop at the end of the road that is amazing as well as some breweries right up the street. It's great here, people love it, go ahead and just book it!
 

What you can expect when you arrive in this brand new home is a quaintly decorated, comfortable home with TV's in the living room and master bedroom, a well appointed kitchen with the basics of what you will need, an excellent coffee bar (bring your choice of coffee grounds) and a wine bar for your evenings sitting on on the screened in back porch. There is no grill here because it is at ground level and in the spring and summer months we have some bears that may find delicious morsels from the grill. No worries, as long as you leave them alone, they are there for your entertainment. 

The master bedroom has its own private bathroom and a king sized bed with a split bedroom plan for your privacy. 

The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom, which has a trundle bed. (2 twin beds) 

Don't hesitate, you will be very happy visiting Asheville and staying in this home. 

If you need more room, Cedar Cliff Village is a development with multiple vacation rentals sitting side by side. You can rent one house or you can have a larger group stay in multiple homes! 

PLEASE NOTE:
We have stocked your home with a starter supply of toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, garbage bags, dishwashing soap, and laundry soap to get you started.  If you happen to run out or need additional supplies during your stay, you can replenish at a nearby store.
Towels and linens are provided.
Please bring your own shower and bath toiletries.
Friendly reminder~ No smoking or vaping on the premises.  There will be a $500.00 fine for any smoking on premises.
