Extravagant View is a name you will understand, once you are standing on the deck taking in the enormous view this cabin offers. It is like standing on the edge of the world absorbing a view that just goes on and on. Tree covered mountains that roll into the distance as far as the eye can see. Breathtaking sunsets with a sky blazing in full color. Even when it rains, you will want to soak up the ever moving ever changing cloud formations. Offering 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms this cabin is sure to please everyone in your party. Your bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TV’s. The bedrooms all have king beds so your sleeping time will be comfortable and roomy. There is also a separate sleeping area in the loft that offers two full mattresses for the young at heart. This provides you with sleeping options but provides your kids with an adventure. This cabin sleeps 6-10 people and there is plenty of elbow room for all the occupants. Be sure to bring your bath salts and plan on taking advantage of the Jacuzzi tub. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for cooking the whole family a meal. There is a grill for those cookouts and plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy dining together. The great room is equipped with a 52” TV and and huge windows to enjoy the view out of. The game room is located on the lower level and comes with a pool table, air hockey game, and an arcade game. Also, on the lower level, out on the deck you will find the hot tub. You can enjoy the views as you soak in the hot tub after a long eventful day.

This cabin was perfect! The drive up the mountain was beautiful, and not too scary. The distance from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg was not too long…about 30 minutes. It was definitely great for kids. The upstairs view was the best. It snowed our first day there. We had a few issues with the tv remotes not working and a broken toilet, but they came out the next day and fixed everything. I think we will stay here again. It really was an extravagant view!

You get exactly what is described! Our family loved it. Location and the view is amazing. Hot tub and jacuzzi was my favorite part of the house. The boys loved the game room. Morning coffee on the balconys with such a beautiful view, we already miss it. I know I am not giving into much detail but don't hesitate, just book this cabin. You won't regret it! We will definitely be back!

I read the other reviews and some of them were too hard on this property. It's beautiful cabin in the mountains. Pictures do make it look a bit bigger than we thought but… It was clean, had a great game room that everyone enjoyed, the beds were comfortable and the house served its purpose. The pool was great, very nice gym and sauna… we saw a mama bear and 4 cubs too. The only thing that I would warn about is the drive up and down the mountain, I had to brace myself a lot😂 but it was worth it. Views are incredible. Owner had amazing communication and we would definitely rent from them again. Thank you

Perfect family getaway

This cabin was the perfect place for our family getaway! The checkin was a breeze and the cabin truly does have an extravagant view! It was clean and there were clean folded towels on every bed. The hot tub was clean and warmed up upon our arrival. Cabin is conveniently located close to the pool, fitness center and scenic lookout. The only con is that it's about a 20 minute drive to either Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg, and the road is steep and winding (but I guess that's the payoff for the fabulous view). I would highly recommend this cabin and would consider staying there again.

My family of 4 and my friend's family of 4 had the best time. The game room was where we spent a lot of out time. And the views were gorgeous. The only thing I can complain about was the pool closed a little early the nights we were there. We would definitely rent again.

Two family vacation with children

We had two families staying in this beautiful cabin. The foliage was beautiful, especially looking from this high. The game room gave entertainment for the children and the neighboring cabins were nice and quiet. On our first morning, we were able to watch a momma bear and her two cubs walk past by the woods. It was amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed the cabin.

We had a good amount of people stay & we had plenty of room of sleeping places! The view on the top balcony of this cabin is absolutely breathtaking, the cleanliness was beyond my standards. The property manager allowed us to have an early check in so that made us very happy and allowed us to start our weekend early. I called the office twice and they were very nice and helpful both times I called. The cabin was made neatly and everything was very easy to find. There was more than enough to keep us entertained for the weekend we were there. Thank you for the great cabin and allowing us to have a fun time!

The cabin was clean, all appliances worked as expected, check in and out went smoothly. Getting to the cabin can be a bit confusing and the road is a bit squirrely but you'll get used to it and drive it like a pro after a couple times in and out. The view is good, watch out for the bears that like to get in the trash tho! The loft is warmer than the rest of the cabin but that's to be expected. It's a loft after all. It's going to be warmer. Game room was nice, hot tub worked fine, access to the resort pool within walking distance, starter items like toilet paper, papertowels, dishwasher packs were a plus. Beds are comfortable, TVs worked, grill worked, everything went according to plan. We had a large party and everything went very smoothly. Would recommend.
PERFECT Getaway for Christmas

I wanted to find a cabin that would be perfect for celebrating Christmas with my family. I was so happy when we arrived to learn it was exactly that! There was a Christmas tree and lights on the outside of the cabin. The inside was decorated really nice and felt more like a cabin "home" than a typical cabin with mass produced cheesy cabin home decor. They really thought of and provided everything you would need (a basket of fleece blankets, blow dryers, lots of lamps and soft lighting, lots of hooks where you need them, games, cookware, a grill, dog bowls, dog mats, candles, etc), which allowed for a very stress free weekend. The cabin was super clean, quiet, and the view was amazing. We were able to take the dog to the bathroom right next to the cabin and there was plenty of parking. I appreciated that they ask you to "not clean" before you leave (after all that's why you pay a cleaning fee), so that you can enjoy the entirety of your time at the cabin. After leaving, we realized we forgot some cookware behind and the office staff were SUPER friendly and accommodating, sending me pictures of the items and making sure they recovered everything. They also offered to ship it to me. We will absolutely be renting from bear tootin' again!

Our first time vacationing in Tennessee proved to be a wonderful experience! Extravagant View was a lovely home with all of the amenities in great condition. After days of adventure we were able to return to our home and soak in the beautiful view from one of the three decks or else soak in the hot tub. We could not have asked for a better view! The home was well-appointed with bedding and kitchen needs as well as towels for the bathroom. My only recommendation in regards to the property would be to have a sign advising people to either go bare foot or wear soled shoes on the stairs. The stairs are a bit slippery when wearing socks. Our group of eleven, ages 6 to 75, left at the end of the week hoping to determine a time that we would come back again. Everyone including the teenagers had a fun-filled and relaxing vacation. We loved our stay and made many great memories staying in Tennessee at Extravagant View!!! Thank you so much!
Very Clean and Amazing Views

The cabin is so clean and views are amazing. Before our arrival, while we were on our way to Tennessee, I received a call from Bear Tootin' to see if we had any questions. I appreciated that. The cabin's beds were very comfortable, the hot tub was clean and the gaming room was awesome. My biggest suggestion would be to have a few non-stick skillets since we had a heck of a time cleaning the skillets because the food stuck. Things like salt and pepper would also be nice.

Amazing Views and Great Location

The house had truly extravagant views of Great Smokey Mountain National Park and surrounding areas. The pool just a short walk away was nice and also had amazing views. The cabin layout was great with amazing balconies/views on every level (and nice hot tub on the first level). The three king beds were very comfortable. We were a bit confused about the claim that the cabin sleeps up to 14. The loft area really can only accommodate 4 small children (but it's a tall climb for little ones) or two older kids/adults. We had 11 (6 adults and 5 teenagers), and we were glad that we brought an extra air mattress. There is definitely room for 10, or 12 if you can bring your own air mattress. I would also say it would be nice to have a few more amenities in the kitchen like basic seasonings and larger pans since most people staying here will be cooking for large groups. All in all though, we'd absolutely recommend this cabin and Bear Tootin Cabins. We had a wonderful time and loved the views and location.
