Down the hall you will find three exceptional bedrooms. The primary bedroom is in the rear of the home overlooking the gorgeous grassy backyard. It has a queen bed and luxurious linens. There is a TV for easy viewing from bed.
The en-suite bath has a grand walk in shower, double sinks and a walk in closet. Feels like a spa.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and TV and bedroom 2 also has a queen bed. Both have ample closet space too.
The home has a 2 car garage, large driveway, super fast wifi and an indoor laundry room.
Outside is magical with the sparkling pool, special twinkle lighting, dining for 6 and a BBQ Grill. Play yard games on the fun grassy area. Enjoy the AZ sunshine while lounging poolside. The yard is private and fenced and faces north.
WOOF! This home is dog friendly. A total of one dog will be welcome for $25 per night pet fee or for those guests staying 30+ nights the pet fee is reduced to $10 per night.
Splash!!! This pool is heated between October 15th and April 15th to 87 degrees and a $65 daily pool heat fee has been added to your reservation so you can enjoy this amenity. This fee is mandatory and is automatically included in your quote when booking during this time of year. Spas and Hot Tubs are no additional fee as they are included year round for no extra cost. The pools cannot be heated April 16th through October 14th without prior approval from management.

Tempe is a city just east of Phoenix, in Arizona. Its striking Tempe Center for the Arts hosts concerts, dance and comedy shows. Nearby, Tempe Town Lake is dotted with kayaks, pedal boats and paddleboards. Tempe Beach Park hosts outdoor festivals. Rising above the city, Hayden Butte is a mountain dotted with centuries-old rock art. Sporting events and concerts are held at Wells Fargo Arena. ASU is a centerpiece of Tempe and Tempe is also conveniently located 15 minutes from the also popular Scottsdale.
