• Step around to the back of the house to find a wrap-around screened deck with outdoor heaters, additional rocking chairs, and outdoor dining table. It's an ideal space for al fresco dining or just relaxing in the serene natural setting. 
• You will have some road noise from Charlotte Hwy near the home. 

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:

• This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath house is designed to cater to your every need.
• Three of the bedrooms all boast king-size beds with memory foam mattresses for a restful night's sleep.
• The fourth bedroom has a bunk bed with a trundle, making it a fun and flexible space for kids or extra guests.
• Boths primary bedrooms, on each floor, features a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower.

Kitchen:

• The fully stocked kitchen includes GE stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals. This includes a blender, toaster, casserole pans, mixing bowls, cutting boards, and nonstick pots and pans.
• We've got your morning caffeine fix covered with a Mr. Coffee K-Cup Machine.

Entertainment and Connectivity:

• Stay updated with the latest news and updates from around the world on the Vestaboard messaging console located in the dining room.

• Parking is available, for two vehicles, with additional overflow parking lot for additional guests.
• White noise sleep machines by Yoga Sleep are provided in each bedroom for a peaceful night's sleep.

• Immediate access to downtown Asheville (less than 8 miles) and is just a hop, skip, and a jump to Chimney Rock and Lake Lure combined.

• Convenient access to I-26 and I-40 makes exploring the surrounding areas a breeze.

We have stocked your home with a starter supply of toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, garbage bags, dishwashing soap, and laundry soap to get you started.  If you happen to run out or need additional supplies during your stay, you can replenish at a nearby store.
Towels and linens are provided.
Please bring your own shower and bath toiletries.
