On the main level, you will find a fully stocked kitchen with fresh and clean modern finishes. Leading into the living room is a spacious dining area that, along with the kitchen island, can easily seat up to 12 people, perfect for the nights you decide to stay in and cook. In the living room, you will find a state of the art large screen entertainment system and a cozy fireplace to cuddle up to on the queen-sized sleeper sofa. There is a master on the main floor with an en-suite included. Desk space is provided for our working travelers, along with high-speed internet access throughout the house.
On the second level, you can find yourself lounging in the additional TV/gaming room to get some extra privacy or quiet time on the futon sofa/bed in this room. Sleeping arrangements include an additional master en suite along with a third and fourth bedroom. The upstairs is complete with a full bathroom in addition to the en suite and a laundry room with a full-size washer, dryer, and ironing readily available.
Towels and linens are provided for you.
Small pets are allowed with owner approval and a pet fee of $225.00. Please make sure they are not left alone, clean after them outside and please do not allow them on the furniture,

PLEASE NOTE: Cedar Cliff Village is a new development. There are other homes currently under construction in the neighborhood. Noise from construction may be heard during normal business hours.

We have stocked your home with a starter supply of toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, garbage bags, dishwashing soap, and laundry soap to get you started. If you happen to run out or need additional supplies during your stay, you can replenish at a nearby store.
Towels and linens are provided.
Please bring your own shower and bath toiletries.
Friendly reminder~ No smoking or vaping on the premises. There will be a $500.00 fine for any smoking on premises.
