This newly built home with mountain views from the main bedroom and patio is only 10-15 minutes from some of the best bars, breweries and restaurants Asheville has to offer, 15 min from the Biltmore Estate and 5 min off the Blue Ridge Parkway.   Be sure to take advantage of the inviting amenities such as a community pavilion, grills, fire pit and gaming green space within easy walking distance.
About the home:
Blue Mountain Cottage was built in 2021, is a one level home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and sleeps 7 people comfortably. There is a small step to get from the driveway to the entrance of the house.
Step into the home through the yellow door and spend some quality time in the open concept living/dining/kitchen area. Cozy up around the fireplace after a day of exploring Asheville or the waterfalls of the blue ridge parkway. The smart TV above the fireplace can be pulled down and is connected to a sound system for the perfect movie night with your preferred streaming service. Not up for a movie? Bring your friends or family closer together while playing a round of Jenga, Clue or Monopoly.
The kitchen provides a Keurig Duo coffee maker, a French Press, coffee bean grinder and electric water heater for your morning coffee or an evening cup of tea. It is also well equipped for enjoying home cooked meals at the large live-edge dining table with your family and friends.
The front of the house has two bedrooms sharing a bathroom. The front bedroom with its twin over full bunk bed is ideal for kids or a couple. It also has a desk in case you need to get some work done or want to write a postcard.
The middle bedroom is equipped with a queen sized bed and a smart TV.
At the far end of the house you’ll find the main bedroom with a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. Watch the sun rise behind the mountain from the queen sized bed and catch up on your favorite show with the 50” smart TV.
The back of the house also offers a laundry room and leads to the spacious, screened patio with mountain view. Soak in the sun with a latte from the coffee shop down the street or a glass of wine on the L-shaped patio set.
About the area:
Blue Mountain Cottage is nestled into the hills of the Cedar Cliff community. It features a community hut with a BBQ and fire pit. Within walking distance you can find Daymoon Coffeebar and Signs of Hope featuring unique gifts which support deaf orphans around the world.
After your busy day exploring all the city and mountains have to offer, be sure to also stop by Whistle Hop Brewery that is within minutes from the house and is literally a little red train caboose. Another fun, dog friendly place is the nearby Turgua Brewing featuring a large outdoor space. Lots of fun at these nearby breweries!

Towels and linens are provided.
Please bring your own shower and bath toiletries.
Friendly reminder~ No smoking or vaping on the premises.  There will be a $500.00 fine for any smoking on premises.
