This green-built mountain retreat boasts two master bedrooms with en suites, a third king size bedroom upstairs along with an additional fourth bedroom equipped with a set of bunk beds and a pull out chair.
King of the Hill marks the upmost point in Cedar Cliff Village. Admire it’s mountain ridge-top views from every angle of the home.
Outside you will find a large covered front porch equipped with outdoor seating. Relax at the picnic table or in the hot tub out back, placed on top of the ridge for a spectacular evening sunset view of Little Pisgah and Bearwallow Mountains.
As you enter the home, you will find modern furnishes with a spacious, open living floor plan. The living room has plenty of seating around a cozy gas fireplace where one can feel right at home. In the kitchen one will find a well-stocked chefs kitchen with a breakfast bar, gas stove, farmhouse style sink and granite counter tops.
The main floor master suite offers a comfortable king size bed and a large walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom with a tiled, step in shower. The first floor also offers a half bath and laundry room.
The upstairs living space has plenty of room to spread out with the second, spacious master bedroom with en suite bathroom with a double vanity, walk in tiled shower stall along with an ample walk in closet. Down the hallway, you will find a full bathroom, an additional third and fourth bedroom hosting a king size bed along with a set of bunk beds with a pull out chair.

PLEASE NOTE: Cedar Cliff Village is a new development. There are other homes currently under construction in the neighborhood. Noise from construction may be heard during normal business hours.

We have stocked your home with a starter supply of toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, garbage bags, dishwashing soap, and laundry soap to get you started.  If you happen to run out or need additional supplies during your stay, you can replenish at a nearby store.
