An inviting and large front porch with rocking chairs is the perfect place to enjoy the distant views of Little Pisgah and Bearwallow Mountains. Upon entering the home, you find rustic flooring with fresh, modern furniture and spacious, open living space. The living room has plenty of seating around a cozy gas fireplace where one can relax after a busy day. Ample seating at the dining room table and a well-stocked chef’s kitchen with a breakfast bar, gas stove, farmhouse style sink and granite countertops.
The main floor master suite offers a comfortable king-size bed, SmartTV, large walk-in closet with luggage racks and an en suite bathroom with a tiled, step-in shower. The first floor also offers a half bath and laundry room complete with iron and ironing board.
The upstairs living space has plenty of room to spread out with the second, spacious master bedroom with en suite bathroom with double vanity, walk-in tiled shower stall along with an ample walk in closet. Down the hallway, you will find a bedroom fit for the youngsters with two bunk beds, a full bathroom, and a recreation room. The recreation room offers a separate space for teens and kids of all ages with a foosball table, SmartTV and sleeper sofa.
